
Jack Rimokh had nearly a lifetime of experience in the fashion industry before acquiring the Guess license. He understood that success in the industry meant knowing what the consumer wanted, and developing a team of designers and a network of manufacturers to deliver it to them. His next move was to bring on his two sons to follow in his footsteps, and to acquire two more licenses: Guess by Marciano, and Charles David.

Jack Rimokh founded Signal Products in 1992. The company partnered with Guess Inc. in a licensing deal for the exclusive global rights of handbags, wallets, and travel accessories. A highly respected and inspiring industry leader, Rimokh was instrumental in building SPI into one of the worlds largest handbag companies. Today, he is Chairman of Signal Products and continues to shape the direction for the over $300 Million company.
Rimokh has successfully expanded the business operations overseas into China. The vision to streamline operations into China has created a sourcing, product development, and production arm in the fashion handbag business that is rare and hard to duplicate.
Prior to founding Signal Products, Rimokh formed "Condor", a Women's Sportswear company. Under Jack Rimokh's leadership for 25 years, Condor grew to become a power house in the apparel industry. Overall, Jack Rimokh has been a mainstay in the fashion business for over 50 years now.
Rimokh currently owns and sits on the board of various different companies. Throughout the years and continuing to this day, Rimokh is a major donor to various philanthropic organizations and has been widely recognized for his charitable work.
Jason Rimokh, President
Jason Rimokh is the President of SPI, one of the worlds largest and most diversified fashion handbag companies. In the more than 15 years, Jason Rimokh's passion, leadership and operational insight have strengthened SPI's culture of innovative designs, expanded the company into new markets, and extended its product portfolio and global reach.
Rimokh continues to be responsible for the company's day-to-day global operations in America and China. He oversees all product development, marketing, and corporate development. Rimokh is a frequent speaker at industry events.
Rimokh holds a bachelors degree in Communication Theory with an emphasis in law and society from the University of San Francisco.
David Rimokh, International Account Manager
Following in the footsteps of his father and brother, David is the newest member of the family business. David graduated from Boston University in 2008 with a degree in business management with an emphasis in finance. David is part of the International team and will help streamline operations and help guide the company's growth globally. He oversees sales in Europe, currently the company's largest territory and biggest growth opportunity.
